A healthier life begins with support that fits.

Feel More Like Yourself

Health can feel nourishing, practical, and connected to the life you already have.

As your body, energy, and priorities evolve, your routines can evolve with them. A few thoughtful changes can bring more ease to your meals, more confidence to your choices, and more energy to the things that matter.

Euclid Rose brings evidence-based guidance into real life, helping you create supportive habits that feel natural, flexible, and entirely your own.

This is where feeling better begins.

Hi! I’m Renee

I have spent my life paying attention to how people eat, gather, work, and care for one another.

My career in hospitality began when I was 15 and eventually led me to own and operate a neighborhood café in New Orleans for more than a decade. Around those tables, I learned that food is never only about nutrition. It is pleasure, culture, memory, access, and one of the ways we create connection.

During the pandemic, I developed a pantry line that grew into a wholesale business. That experience showed me how quickly familiar routines can disappear and how thoughtful systems can help people adapt when life changes.

It also deepened a question that continues to guide my work:

How can we make caring for ourselves feel more possible?

I returned to school to explore that question through nutrition and public health. After earning a second bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, I am now completing a Master of Public Health in Nutrition at Texas Tech University. My work brings together hospitality, chronic disease prevention, sustainability, and community-centered food systems, with a particular focus on the Gulf South.

Euclid Rose is where all of those paths meet.

I combine evidence-based guidance with the understanding that health happens in kitchens, grocery stores, restaurants, workplaces, families, and difficult weeks. Together, we look at what is already working, identify what is getting in the way, and build practical routines that fit your needs.

You do not need to become a different person.

You may simply need thoughtful support, a few meaningful changes, and someone steady beside you while they become part of your life.

You are not broken. You need support that fits.

Euclid Rose is about compassion, support, and empowerment.

Our feelings about food, our body, and nutrition are often repeated patterns of those who came before us and the images all around us, even without our awareness. Together, we will name those patterns with compassion and find the everyday solutions to choose differently. We can then honor the hard work our bodies do for us every single day. This is how we get back to things we want to be doing in our lives. We all deserve to feel good in the body we have.
