Feel like yourself again

Evidence-based health support built for your real life.

You are not broken. You need support that fits.

You may already know many of the things you are “supposed” to do. The harder part is turning that information into meals, movement, and routines that work on busy days, difficult weeks, and in a changing body.

At Euclid Rose, I help women make thoughtful, evidence-based health changes through small steps and attentive follow-through. Together, we look at the life you are actually living, recognize what is already working, and build supportive systems around what you need now.

This is not about fear, perfection, or reinventing yourself. It is about feeling more awake, prepared, capable, and at home in your body again.

HEALTH SUPPORT, YOUR WAY

Begin with one focused session or choose three months of thoughtful, personalized support.

Healthy Meals Kick Start

One focused session to explore your health history, daily routines, and one area where you would like to feel better.

You’ll leave with clear, evidence-based guidance and a few practical steps designed for your real life.

Three-Month Nutrition Support

Three months to discover what truly supports your body and turn small, meaningful changes into routines that last.

Together, we’ll explore your nutrition, movement, rest, and daily habits, then check in, learn, and adjust along the way.

In the Kitchen & Grocery

Sometimes the most useful health changes begin with a shelf, a shopping list, or a reliable meal waiting in the freezer.

During this in-person experience, we will organize your kitchen around the way you live, then visit your preferred grocery store together. We will read labels, explore practical choices, and build a collection of foods that supports your health without asking you to abandon your tastes, culture, or routines.

Your Health Journey is Unique. I Get It!

I know from personal experience that there is no single magic solution to chronic health problems. Through my own health journey, I’ve learned how movement, chronic disease nutrition, rest, habits, and mindfulness all work together to help support my body and mind. I want to share this knowledge with others - real, useful data, and no gimmicks. I work one-on-one with my clients to focus on their individual nutrition  needs. With science-based evidence, and zero scare tactics I’m here to simplify the process of supporting the needs of your body.

I often hear from women that they don’t even know what feeling good feels like - so why bother making changes to their nutrition and lifestyle? I think you deserve to feel good in your body, even if that requires some tweaks. You are worth feeling good as often as you can. As a health and nutrition coach, I’m here to support you on your journey.

Hi, I’m Renee. I’m a Louisiana native with a passion for knowledge and a personal understanding of what it's like to experience chronic illness. Through education and community outreach, I learned that many people need guidance in their health and nutrition  journey. That led me to get a bachelor's degree in Dietetics and become a certified nutrition coach. And now, I’m here to help you.

“Reneé offered both mindset shifts, and tangible, immediately actionable tools, which helped me dramatically shift my relationship with food. I am now much more likely to notice when I’m hungry and to enjoy the food I eat. So grateful to Renee and highly recommend her to anyone looking to change their relationship with food.”

— Lelia G.

“Before working with Renee, food often stressed me out, and I struggled to recognize hunger cues. Several times a week, I would become overwhelmed and sad, only to realize later that I was actually hungry.”
